Our Client, an Automotive Main Dealer in the Norwich area, is currently looking to hire a Parts Advisor.

As an experienced Parts Advisor you will be able to fit quickly in to the Parts Team and understand the importance of getting things right first time, attention to detail and excellent customer service. Our Client has a very successful After Sales team in place and they are looking for somebody with a positive outlook who can add to their team and follow their culture of success and achievement.

Duties within this Parts Advisor role include:
  • Receiving and unloading new stock and deliveries. 
  • Respond to internal workshop and external customer queries on a face to face basis, phone and email. 
  • Pick and distribute parts for the Technicians within the Workshop, working from job sheets and alongside the Service Advisor and Sales Team within the dealership. 
  • Ensuring a prompt and courteous manner when dealing with customer enquiries, selling the benefits of products and services.
  • Ensure accurate ordering, checking and location of all parts, reporting stock discrepancies and damage to the Service Manager.
  • Maintain a good working relationship with all internal and external customers updating records as necessary.
This position is based within the Norwich area and my Client is looking for someone with Parts experience, however, full training is provided so candidates with transferable skills are going to be highly considered!!
