Senior Vehicle Technician required in Basildon.

Our client is a Main Car Dealer in the Basildon area, they are looking to hire a skilled and competent Senior Vehicle Technician with a comprehensive knowledge of both mechanical and diagnostics for their busy site.
 
You will be always thinking of how to achieve the highest standards in customer service, whilst ensuring that safety and quality are top of mind. As well you will support other Technicians in this busy environment and you will have the support of the brand to ensure your knowledge and skills are up to date.

Details & Benefits of this Senior Vehicle Technician role include:
  • Basic hourly rate of £15.00 = Salary of £35,117 p.a. for a 45 hour contracted working week (Monday to Friday).
  • Alternate Saturdays worked as overtime at time+half rate £22.50 per hour.

Key Responsibilities and Duties of this Senior Vehicle Technician role include:
  • Provide technical and diagnostic service ensuring customer satisfaction and productivity targets are met and exceeded.
  • Maintain the highest level of technical knowledge and ensure compliance with manufacturer training.
  • Uphold company and manufacturer quality standards.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with vehicle health check processes.
Requirements of this Senior Vehicle Technician role include:
  • Professional track record at Senior / Diagnostic Technician level within a Main Car Dealership.
  • NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Vehicle Mechanics.
  • Full UK Driving Licence held.
  • Your own tool kit and box.
