Service & Sales Advisor needed in Newcastle:
  • Basic Salary c. £23,500.
  • Quarterly bonus opportunities.
  • Working Hours - Monday - Friday (9am - 5pm).
  • No weekends.
  • Our client is seeking applications from customer-driven, self motivated individuals.
  • The ideal candidate must be confident serving customers both in person and over the phone.
  • Motor trade experience desirable, although not essential.
  • Opportunity to work for an established Trailer specialist with an excellent national reputation.
Do you have experience working in face-to-face customer service? Have you worked on a service desk within the motor trade? If so, our client would love to hear from you!

What will the successful Service & Sales Advisor do?
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers, both in-person and over the phone.
  • Actively sell and promote the business's range of products.
  • Upsell additional services and products where appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Assist with stock takes as required.
  • Manage customer expectations and resolve any issues that arise.
The successful Service & Sales Advisor will have:
  • Extensive customer service experience.
  • Experience within the motor trade desirable, although not essential.
  • IT competency.
  • A positive approach to work.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
The successful Service & Sales Advisor will get:
  • Basic salary of c. £23,500.
