you will be Reporting to the Service Manager and play a key role in the efficient running of the service division within our busy workshop.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- The ideal Service Advisor applicant will ideally experienced or have a good understanding of working within of a service department of the automotive sector.
- Be able to manage existing customer accounts and build new relationships with customers and be able to deal with a wide range of customers expectations.
- Maintaining all records efficiently and effectively as required, including preparation of job cards, liaising with the Parts department for prompt service on repairs as well as the warranty department for compliance Provide a superior level of customer service Be self-motivated and able to work under own initiative Strong administrative skills who is organised and has the ability to multitask efficiently Be flexible to work in an office/workshop environment and be a team player
