HGV Technician Needed in the Chorley Area 
  • Salary: £39,000
  • (£15.50 per hour with great bonus opportunity of £100 a month for 100% MOT pass rate and £75 for class 1.)
  • Hours: Normally two weeks alternating shifts (Mon-Thurs 7am-7pm & Tues-Fri 7am-7pm, plus Sat 7am-12. Open to Mon-Fri 8am-5pm plus alternate Sat Mornings.)
Our client is looking for a qualified Commercial vehicle technician to join their garage in the Chorley area. Time served will also be considered.

What's expected of you:
  • Performance of all maintenance services according to the manufacturer's instructions and according to the maintenance schedule/Service processor 
  • NVQ level 3 or equivalent.
  • Cleaning and care of the customer vehicle 
  • Responsible for repairing and servicing of vehicles booked into the workshop. 
  • Diagnosing faults on vehicles. 
  • Carrying out warranty repairs to manufacturers guidelines 
  • Stripping fitting and replacing components on vehicles.
