My client is a prestigious main dealer located in Northampton. They're now looking to take on a new Service advisors to join their aftersales team. This company offers excellent potential to earn through their bonus scheme.

As a member of the service team, you’ll not only support the growth and success of your branch ensuring value is added with every customer interaction; but you’ll also be the face of aftersales customer experience, always promoting the highest standards within the retail motor industry.

About the role Service Advisor Role:
  • Being one of the first point of contact for customers in the branch.
  • Booking in Vehicle Servicing, MOT tests 
  • Using the in-house system to log all bookings (training provided)
  • Convert inbound / outbound calls into bookings in line 
  • Oversee the receiving of clients and their vehicles at drop off.
  • Conduct vehicle handover in a professional and timely manner.
