Our client, a reputable independent dealership and service centre based in Kettering, is currently seeking an experienced Aftersales Advisor to join their team.

Responsibilities Of The Aftersales Advisor:
  • Assisting customers with service and parts inquiries.
  • Booking appointments for vehicle servicing and repairs.

  • Coordinating with the service and parts departments to ensure timely completion of work.
  • Handling customer complaints and ensuring resolution to their satisfaction.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
