Customer Service Advisor required in Bristol.
  • Starting salary up to £26,500 per annum with £1,500 annual bonus potential.
  • Working hours from 8:00am-5:30pm Monday to Friday.
Our client, an automotive accident repair centre located in the Bristol region, are currently looking to recruit an experienced and professional Customer Service Advisor to join their team.

Reporting to the Bodyshop Manager and working as part of a friendly team, as a Customer Service Advisor, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Welcoming customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Booking vehicles in for accident/cosmetic body repairs.
  • Liaising with the Bodyshop Manager to keep track of the vehicles' progress and ensuring the vehicle is ready at the promised time.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, including establishing customers onward travel arrangements, updating customers whilst their vehicle is in the workshop, handing over vehicles after repair work and maintaining ongoing relationships with your customers.
  • Maintaining thorough product knowledge and updating your knowledge through manufacturer led training.
  • Adopting a sales approach regarding the upsell of repairs required and relevant approved products
  • Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work.
To be eligible for this Service Advisor role you will need strong experience working in a similar customer service orientated role in the automotive industry, preferably in a similar accident/body repair enviornment. Overall you will be IT literate and have strong communication and organisational skills as our clint are focused on giving great customer service to both their customers and work providers. Any experience with the Autoflow and Kerridge/Keyloop software systems would be highly beneficial but is non-essential.
