  • £45,000 OTE
  • Individual bonus PLUS Team/Workshop bonus
  • Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm 
  • Saturdays on a Rota 
  • Negotiable Basic Salary flexible for highly experienced applicants
My client is a Highly successful main dealership located in Leicester. They are now looking to take on a new Master Technician to join their modern and well-kept workshop. You will be a key figure in the workshop, supporting newer technicians, as well as the the manager and controller.  

The reason for this vacancy is expansion, you will be a part of an expanding workshop which has been heavily invested into. They have all the modern gear to make your life easier, meaning you and your team can earn bonus easily, getting cars out faster than most dealerships. 

They are a close-knit main dealer housing a fantastic franchise. As such, they have a large focus on staff wellbeing and treat their staff like family. They are offering an excellent basic salary as well as a bonus structure which is currently being expanded upon. 

Master Technician Responsibilities: 
  • General maintenance, repairs, servicing.
  • Diagnostics.
  • Assisting apprentices, supporting managers, allocating work.
  • Perform any necessary repairs or services, preventative and reactive repairs as per the customers request. 
  • Work efficiently, with a keen eye for detail updating check list in line with dealership standards.
  • Ensuring manufacturer standards are upheld. 
  • Liaise with the Service Department regarding expected completion times.
  • Being a team player and offering assistant in busy times 
Ideal Master Technician candidates:
  • Qualified Technician Level 3 minimum. 
  • Ideally hold Master Technician qualification or experience. (Alternatively be prepared to undergo training, and already being highly skilled in diagnostics and ALL repairs.)
  • Proven experience working within a workshop. 
  • MOT License is a plus, but not required.
