Representing one of the most established brands within the motor trade, our client is currently seeking a parts advisor to join their busy team. They are part of a multi-franchised group with sites across the Hampshire region with a strong reputation for their approach to customer service and investment in their employees.

Duties of a Vehicle Parts Advisor with our Client:
  • Administering parts orders efficiently.
  • Identifying customer parts requirements.
  • Ensuring Stock is controlled effectively & stored in an orderly fashion.
  • Ensuring all company policies and industry guidelines are adhered to for compliance purposes.
  • Liaising with the Workshop Technicians and assisting with parts sourcing.
  • Parts Pricing & completing electronic health checks.
What our client expects of their Vehicle Parts Advisors:
  • Parts or Service experience with a Vehicle Dealership would be highly beneficial.
  • Good sales skills & customer service experience.
  • IT literacy is essential.
  • Technical knowledge of vehicles, and vehicle parts is helpful, enabling to answer customer queries.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • A great team player.
  • A personable approach to customers and fellow staff members.
