Service Manager Vacancy - Northampton Main Dealer
- Position: Service Manager
- Location: Northampton
- Basic Salary: £40,000 + Bonus
- OTE: £45,000
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm
- 1 in 3 Saturdays
Our client, a reputable dealership, is looking to hire a Service Manager to join their team. As a leading recruitment agency, we are seeking qualified candidates with experience in main dealership operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and has a background in team management.
Role and Responsibilities of a Service Manager:
- Lead and manage a team of Technicians, Service Advisors, and a Parts Supervisor.
- Oversee day-to-day service operations, ensuring efficiency and quality.
- Represent the dealership professionally and uphold high standards of customer service.
- Utilise franchise and warranty expertise to enhance service operations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements of a Service Manager:
- Proven experience in a Senior Service role within a main dealership.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Understanding of warranty processes and procedures.
- Professional demeanour and the ability to represent the dealership effectively.
