Sales Executive Needed in Manchester 
  • OTE: £55,000 - £72,000! 
  • Salary: £12,750 per annum + Uncapped Sales Commission
  • During induction (months 1-2), salary is enhanced to the equivalent of £23,795 pa (£1,982 pm) + Uncapped Commission earned. Sales Executives typically earn around £3,500 - £5,000 per month.
  • Opening hours: 9am-7pm. Sat and Sun earlier finishes. 
  • 5-day weeks, including weekends. (Two fixed days off during the week).

Key Responsibilities of a Car Sales Executive With Our Client:
  • Deliver outstanding service for every customer, ensuring their experience exceeds expectations.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers, both face-to-face and over the phone.
  • Provide tailored packages, including finance and insurance products, ensuring professionalism and FCA compliance at all times.
  • Actively engage customers with enthusiasm about the wide range of used cars available.
  • Keep customers informed at every stage, from order to delivery, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets, contributing to the overall team success.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience in one-to-one consumer retail sales, ideally in automotive or insurance product sales.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Strong knowledge of FCA compliance, retail finance, and insurance products.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and prioritisation skills.
  • Computer literate and confident using modern sales systems.
