Are you a driven and experienced Aftersales professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? We are seeking a dynamic Aftersales Manager to lead our client’s busy Light Commercial Vehicle dealership aftersales operation.
As Aftersales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our service, parts and workshop departments to ensure the highest standards of customer satisfaction, operational efficiency and profitability. You will play a key role in driving performance, motivating your team, and enhancing the overall customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the aftersales department.
- Drive workshop productivity and efficiency while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
- Manage and develop a team of service advisors, technicians, and parts staff.
- Monitor financial performance including budgets, cost control, and KPI’s.
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations and manufacturer standards.
- Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Aftersales Manager Requirements:
- Proven experience in an aftersales management role, preferably within the LCV or main car dealer automotive sector.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent understanding of service, parts, and workshop operations.
- Commercial awareness and a track record of meeting targets and driving profitability.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
- Full UK driving licence.
