Automotive Service Advisor required for Vehicle Dealership in Aldershot!

Our Client a Vehicle Dealership in the Aldershot, Hampshire area is currently looking to hire an experienced Service Advisor for their busy after sales department.

As a Service Advisor, you will be dealing with all aspects of the after sales department to include  from welcoming the customers in to the Centre, to taking receipt of commercial vehicles advising customers in person or by telephone, making initial diagnoses, monitoring the repair process take receipt of repaired vehicles and handing them over to customers. Actively selling after-sales services in a customer-oriented manner and ensuring the workshop is to full capacity by effectively scheduling customer orders. You will also be actively involved in other departments, from warranty, costings and Service Administration.

The perfect candidate will be adaptable, enthusiastic, customer focused and smart in appearance. You will have the natural ability to provide a good customer service.

You will ideally live within the Aldershot area or be able to travel to the Aldershot area and preferably have a working experience with the Automotive sector.
