I am currently working with a client who is looking for a Parts Sales Manager who has previous working experience within a Parts Department and is able to lead, manage and motivate their sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

What is needed as a Parts Sales Manager:
  • Previous experience within the Motor Trade.
  • Previous experience and knowledge of working in a Parts Department.
  • Able to identify new and existing areas for business improvement and profitability.
  • Can confidentially lead a team of Sales Executives.
  • Able to motivate and managed the team to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Can conduct meetings, reviews and appraisals.
  • Able to provide reports when needed.
  • Able to ensure that compliance with business standards and processes.
  • Have knowledge of warranty procedures and guidelines.
