Position: Service Advisor
Location: Croydon, Surrey
Hours: 8am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday, with Saturday mornings on a rota
Salary: Up to £29,000 Basic (DOE) + Bonuses

About the Role: Our client, a well-established family-run prestige independent service centre in Croydon, Surrey, is looking for a dedicated Service Advisor to join their friendly and customer focused aftersales team. As a Service Advisor, you will be the key point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service from start to finish. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work with a close-knit team in a business known for its high standards and customer satisfaction with the possibility of progression as our client is expanding over the next 12 months!

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
