- SALARY: Starting salary up to £50,000 per annum with a £70,000 on target earnings.
- HOURS: 42.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will have overall accountability for our client's accident repair centre, which includes around 8 productive members of staff, along with 4-6 non-productive members of staff, including front-of-house/administration/customer service staff. You will manage all aspects of the bodyshop, including productivity, quality, and workflow, Lead, motivate, and support the team,, monitor KPIs and drive improvements to meet and exceed target, ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, deliver outstanding customer service and ensure satisfaction throughout the repair process, and liaise with insurers, suppliers, and internal teams for seamless operations.
To be eligible, you will need the following skills:
- Proven management experience within the automotive/bodyshop industry.
- VDA/ATA accreditation is highly desirable, but not essential.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
- Goal-driven with a strong determination to succeed.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Starting basic salary up to £50,000 per annum (negotiable pending experience and current earnings).
