We are seeking a HGV Technician to join our Client's HGV Fleet Workshop in the Ware area.

Our Client specialise in a variety of work within the Automotive Industry. The work ranges from Commercial Vehicles, to Plant Hire, and Agricultural. They are a family run Independent Company with a small team in the workshop (under 5 people) with a long-standing history, so it is vital they have the right attitude and want to feel valued as part of the team and not just a number!

Our Client is offering the successful HGV Technician:
  • Up To £20 Per Hour
  • Monday To Friday 7am - 3pm (40 Hour Week) 
  • Plenty Of Overtime Available
  • Independent HGV Fleet Workshop - Small Close-Knit Workshop Team 
  • HGV License Advantageous, Not Essential, Own Tools Required
Duties of a HGV Technician with our Client:
  • Performance of all maintenance services according to the manufacturer's instructions and according to the maintenance schedule.
  • All visual inspections, adjustment operations, adjustments, operating fluid changes and additions, replacement of worn equipment.
  • Responsible for repairing and servicing of Commercial vehicles booked into the workshop.
  • Diagnosing faults on  HGV's
What our Clients expect of their HGV Technicians:
  • HGV Class 2 Driving License advantageous
  • City & Guild / NVQ or equivalent HGV Qualifications advantageous
  • A stable background working with HGVs
  • Full UK driving license
