- Basic Salary: Up to £30,000 + Bonus

- Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm

As the Warranty Controller, you will play a vital role in ensuring all warranty claims are processed efficiently, accurately, and in line with manufacturer guidelines. You’ll be the key liaison between the service department, manufacturer partners, and other internal teams, ensuring claims are resolved promptly and correctly across two sites.
Responsibilities as a Warranty Controller:
- Assess warranty claims on Company systems and liaise where required with car dealerships via telephone and email.
- Analyse all data received from car dealerships ensuring that all data is in order using the correct processes.
- Find all relevant data and identify clearly the reasons for accepting, amending or rejecting a claim.
- Administer the necessary documentation to support any warranty claims.
- Keep track of all data onto the computer system.
Requirements in the Warranty Controller role:
- Previous experience in a Warranty Administrator role within a franchised/main dealership is essential.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturer warranty processes and systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Confident communicator – both written and verbal – with the ability to build strong relationships with manufacturers and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
