  • Up To £29,000 Salary + £2,000 Bonus
  • 40 Hour Week Monday To Friday / 1 in 3 Saturday Mornings 7am - 12pm

Our Main Dealer client based in the Heathrow area is looking to hire an exceptional customer service professional to work as a Showroom Host / Service Administrator within their team.
 
You must be a very well-presented individual with a professional yet warm and friendly manner.  You will also have impeccable organisational skills and be very easily able to multi task in what can be a very busy showroom.

Our Client is offering the successful Showroom Host / Service Administrator:
  • Up To £29,000 Salary + £2,000 Bonus

Requirements of a Showroom Host / Service Administrator:
  • Based in the showroom as the first point of contact for customers.
  • Welcome customers into the showroom assuring that they receive a really warm welcome as they come in.
  • Making customer comfortable in the lounge area, making them drinks and engaging with them.
  • Support the administration department
  • Ensuring the relevant person/manager is located and advised of their arrival.
  • Answering incoming calls in a professional way and transferring the call through to the correct person.
  • Making a sure the showroom lounge area is an inviting and pleasant environment i.e. music / magazines / cold drinks and hot drinks machines are catered for.
  • Taking details and handing out brochures when required.
  • Creating Job Cards for the Service Department.
 The successful candidate must have an excellent attention to detail not only with themselves but everything around them so the customer has a flawless and memorable experience!
