ATA Panel Technician Needed in Warwickshire
  • Location: Leamington Spa
  • Salary: Up to £50,000 basic with OTE of £60,000
  • Hours: 40/45 hours per week + alternate Saturday mornings
Our client, a reputable accident repair group known for its supportive, family-like team culture, is currently seeking a skilled ATA Panel Technician to join their team in Leamington Spa. Whether you're currently working as a Panel Technician, Panel Beater, Body Repairer, or Bodyshop Technician, this could be your next big step.

What You’ll Need:
  • Full UK manual driving licence
  • ATA Level 3 qualification in Panel Repair (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience working in a bodyshop environment
  • A strong work ethic and commitment to high-quality workmanship
Your Responsibilities:
  • Inspect vehicle panels to assess damage and determine the best repair approach
  • Remove and replace damaged panels, ensuring correct alignment and finish
  • Repair and reshape vehicle bodywork using specialist tools and welding equipment
  • Prepare surfaces for painting by applying and smoothing fillers
  • Ensure all repairs meet required safety and quality standards
  • Collaborate with team members to complete repairs efficiently
  • Maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment
  • Update customers or internal staff on repair status as needed
