  • Salary: Up to £45,000 Basic Salary DOE + Excellent Benefits & Bonus
  • Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Our client, a well-established and accredited accident repair group, is seeking a skilled and experienced ATA Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) to join their high-performing team in Leamington Spa. What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Accurately assess vehicle damage and determine repair methods and costs
  • Use Audatex to prepare precise repair estimates in line with industry and insurer guidelines
  • Liaise with insurance companies and customers to obtain repair approvals
  • Communicate clearly with workshop technicians and engineers to ensure repair plans are understood and executed efficiently
  • Monitor progress of repair work to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with company and legal standards
What You’ll Need:
  • ATA Vehicle Damage Assessor accreditation (or working towards it)
  • Solid experience in an accident repair or bodyshop environment
  • Proficiency in Audatex estimating software
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • A full UK/EU driving licence
