Senior Service Advisor required in Nottingham
  • Basic Salary: Circa £30,000
  • OTE: Up to £35,000 with bonuses 
  • Monday-Friday: 08:30-17:30, Saturdays (1 in 2): 08:30-13:00, No Sundays or Bank Holidays
We are recruiting for a Senior Service Advisor to join a busy , fast growing autocentre in Nottingham. The successful applicant will be working across these growing autocentres from their head office site. This is a great opportunity for someone with an experienced background in a similar or previous service advisor role who is confident in parts sourcing , customer liason and coordinating service operations from a central hub.

You'll be working in a fast paced environment in a company that pride on creating a friendly work environment where communication and efficiency is vital.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately price work and source parts for multiple autocentre locations
  • Communicate with customers regarding vehicle inspections and recommended repairs
  • Gain customer approval and ensure work is processed efficiently
  • Liaise with suppliers and manage parts ordering and stock updates
  • Support workshop teams and managers by handling key admin tasks
  • Maintain compliance with company procedures and complete ongoing training
  • Accurately estimate time associated with vehicle repairs and servicing
The ideal Senior Service Advisor will be: 
  • Previous experience in a service advisor role (minimum 2 years preferred)
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Professional work manner
  • Comfortable taking in and outbound phone calls
  • Excellent computer literacy
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Full driving license preferred but not essential
