Luxury Vehicle Technician and Classic Restorer needed in the Huddersfield Area
  • Basic salary up to c. £35,000
  • This is a unique role repairing and restoring luxury cars and high end classic vehicles
  • Work on multi-million pound classics
  • Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30-5:00 
  • Occasional Saturdays 8:30-12:00
  • Experience as a Technician is a must - beyond this, our client will provide specialist training on the restoration side
  • This is an additional position to cope with booming business
  • A fantastic opportunity to work on amazing vehicles every day, without having to deal with the pressure and target-driven atmosphere of the dealership
Our client is looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician, to join their luxury business in the Huddersfield area.

Due to the success of the business, they are currently in the process of expanding their workforce.

This is a great chance to escape the pressures and targets on the PLC and dealer world!

What is Required of the Luxury Vehicle Technician and Classic Restorer?
  • Our client is looking for technicians in varying stages of their careers - you could be in the early stages of your career OR fed up with your dealer career OR an old hand experienced in luxury and classic vehicles
  • Packages are available to suit your skill level
  • Experience as a Technician is a must
  • Restoration experience would be a bonus, but full training will be provided to those without it
  • You DO NOT need luxury vehicle experience to be successful
  • You will be ready to work in an environment that prioritises quality over quantity
What is expected of the Luxury Vehicle Technician and Classic Restorer?
  • Work to the best of your ability, using the skills you have learnt through your time in trade
  • Team work... As a small team, you will need to pull together to make sure work is carried out as efficiently as possible
  • Communication is key - this will be communicating with your colleagues, customers and management to ensure that everything is running smoothly in the workshop
  • The ability to think creatively: this is very different to a dealer role where diagnostic equipment will do half the job for you
