- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 5:30pm (NO WEEKENDS)
- Salary: Competitive basic + performance-based bonuses
This role is based in their busy call centre, handling booking and quotation enquiries from customers both new and existing. You'll be a key part of a customer-focused operation where your communication skills and positive attitude will truly shine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer calls to book vehicle services and provide quotations
- Offer friendly and informative support to customers throughout the booking process
- Convert enquiries into bookings through excellent customer service and product knowledge
- Accurately input and manage booking details in the system
- Provide support to service advisors and workshop colleagues as required
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and follow-up where necessary
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales advisor role (automotive experience a bonus but not essential)
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to be a proactive team member
