Are you an experienced Service Advisor or Assistant Service Manager looking to take the next step in your career? A well-regarded, high-performing main dealer in Ipswich is expanding its team and seeking a proactive Assistant Service Manager to join their thriving service department.

About the Role: As Assistant Service Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the service department, delivering outstanding customer service, and ensuring efficiency in workshop scheduling and performance. Working closely with the Service Manager, you’ll help lead the team, support staff development, and uphold the dealership’s excellent reputation.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience in a main dealer service department (Service Advisor, Senior Advisor, or Assistant Manager level)

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • A customer-first attitude with a keen eye for efficiency and performance

  • A team player with a drive to grow within a well-established, forward-thinking dealership

What You’ll Get:
  • £31,000 Basic Salary with a realistic OTE of £40,000

  • Monday to Friday hours with Saturday mornings on a rota

  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing to 28 days with length of service
