  • Based in Nottingham
  • Basic Salary:£30,000
  • 39 Hour Week
  • Working Hours (Flexible): Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm 
  • No Weekends
We are looking for a Service Administrator to join a popular and very successful commercial dealership as part of their administration team.

Key Responsibilities as a Service Administrator:
  • Dealing with customer enquires either in person or via the telephone.
  • Booking customer vehicles for service, MOT, repairs, and other dealership services. 
  •  Providing updates on vehicle status, and addressing inquiries
  • Processing payments for service, repairs, and other charges
  • Maintaining accurate records of vehicle details and service histories.
The Ideal Service Administrator:
  • Previous experience in a service administrator/ advisor or similar role.
  • Confident on Computers 
  • Strong organisational skills
  • A clear and confident communicator, both in person and over the phone
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
