- Dealing with customer enquires either in person or via the telephone.
- Booking customer vehicles for service, MOT, repairs, and other dealership services.
- Providing updates on vehicle status, and addressing inquiries
- Processing payments for service, repairs, and other charges
- Maintaining accurate records of vehicle details and service histories.
- Previous experience in a service administrator/ advisor or similar role.
- Confident on Computers
- Strong organisational skills
- A clear and confident communicator, both in person and over the phone
- Excellent Customer Service skills
