Are you an experienced Vehicle Technician/Mechanic looking for a rewarding opportunity with a reputable employer?
Our client, a well-established franchise-approved car dealership in Banstead, Surrey, is seeking a skilled professional to join their dynamic Service Department.
About the Role
Reporting to the Workshop Controller as a Vehicle Technician, you will:
- Perform fault diagnosis, servicing, and repairs to manufacturer and client standards.
- Accurately diagnose faults and report on vehicle condition, safety, reliability, and performance.
- Perform mechanical repairs and servicing
- Adhere to all quality and Health & Safety procedures set by the client and manufacturer.
- Fully qualified Vehicle Technician/Mechanic (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) or strong, stable time-served experience.]
- Valid UK driving licence with minimal points.
- Ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced franchise dealer environment.
- Committed team player motivated to achieve team targets.
- Experience or training with a Main Dealer franchise is highly desirable but not essential.
- Must live in or be able to easily commute to the Banstead area.
- Competitive salary of up to £36,000, depending on experience.
- Lucrative bonus scheme (OTE up to £50,000) including efficiency and time-saved bonuses.
- 25 days annual holiday + bank holidays.
- Car scheme eligibility after 6 months of employment.
