Our Client, a busy well-established Accident Repair Centre are looking in the Potters Bar, Hertfordshire area for ideally an experienced MET Technician to join their team of highly skilled professionals. My client is also open to experienced workshop technician’s who are potentially seeking a new challenge within the motor trade.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-managed Bodyshop that offers long term career prospects and high financial rewards for hard work.

Our client is offering the successful MET Technician:
  • Negotiable Basic Salary upwards from £50,000+ plus bonus
  • Monday to Friday 45 Hour Week Only
  • Flexible Start & finish times
  • Enhanced Sick Pay

Duties of a MET Technician:
  • Carry out all mechanical and bodywork on allocated jobs.
  • Dismantling, fault-finding & diagnostic work.
  • Re-assembly with new parts as required.
  • Inspections and testing.
  • Identify faults or work that is found to be required, or considered to be advisable in the interests of safety.
  • To carry-out road testing of vehicles when required in a safe and legal way as instructed, checking for roadworthiness.
What our Client expects of their MET Technician:
  • Eye for Detail
  • Quality Awareness
  • Full UK Driving License
  • ATA  / NVQ Qualifications would be advantageous but not essential.
