  • Hours: 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) + Saturdays on a rota (1 in 4, 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM, with juicy overtime pay!)
  • Salary: £32,282.00 Basic +

We’re on the hunt for a passionate Vehicle Technician to join our client’s cutting-edge workshop in Crawley. Picture yourself working with the latest automotive tech, getting top-notch manufacturer training, and earning official accreditation within your first 18 months. You’ll be part of a tight-knit crew that’s all about quality, teamwork, and having a blast while keeping cars in tip-top shape!

What You’ll Be Doing (The Fun Stuff):
  • Keep passenger cars purring with routine service checks, maintenance, and inspections
  • Play detective with advanced diagnostic tools to track down and fix mechanical, electrical, and electronic gremlins
  • Tackle repairs like a pro – from engines and transmissions to suspension and brakes, all to manufacturer standards
  • Keep your workspace slick, safe, and ready for action, showing off the dealership’s pro image
  • Team up with service advisors, parts pros, and fellow technicians to keep the workshop humming
  • Soak up manufacturer training to become a master of the latest car tech
  • Jump in on extra workshop tasks with a can-do attitude, making you the team’s MVP
What We’re Looking For:
  • Solid experience as a Vehicle Technician (dealership experience is a bonus, but not a must)
  • Mad skills with diagnostic tools and a knack for fixing cars right the first time
  • A gearhead’s knowledge of mechanical and electrical vehicle systems
  • Sharp problem-solving skills and an eye for detail that’d make Sherlock jealous
  • Ability to thrive under pressure while keeping the quality dial cranked to 11
  • Valid UK driving licence (clean or nearly clean, please!)
  • A team player who’s all about good vibes and putting customers first
