Panel Beater Vacancy - Hinckley Main Dealer
  • Salary: £35,000 – £37,000 basic + £600 monthly bonus
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm (42.5 hours per week)
  • Overtime: Available on weekends, paid at time and a half
  • Location: Hinckley

Our client is a well regarded main dealership based within Hinckley.

They're currently looking for an experienced Panel Beater to join their busy Bodyshop.

Due to a high volume of work, they are expanding their team to help maintain efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess and repair damaged vehicle panels using appropriate repair methods, tools, and equipment in line with manufacturer standards.
  • Remove and replace damaged body panels, including welding and structural repairs where necessary.
  • Carry out filler work to a high standard, ensuring smooth surfaces ready for paint application.
  • Realign body components to restore factory finish and ensure correct vehicle geometry.
  • Work on a variety of vehicles, including newer electric and hybrid models, keeping pace with modern repair techniques.
Requirements:
  • Time-served Panel Beater – qualifications are a bonus but not essential
  • Experience in welding and filler work
  • A team player with a strong work ethic
  • EV experience is a plus but not required
