As a Finance Sales Executive, you’ll be the go-to expert for customers exploring finance options for their vehicle purchases. You’ll work closely with the sales team to deliver a seamless, high-quality buying experience while ensuring compliance and maximising finance penetration.
Speaking directly with customers guiding them through theur car finance journey.
Responsibilities of the Finance Sales Executive:
- Present and sell finance products in a clear and customer-focused manner
- Work with lenders and internal systems to gain credit approvals
- Build strong rapport with customers, tailoring packages to meet individual needs
- Maintain accurate records in line with FCA guidelines
- Support the sales team to achieve overall dealership targets
- Previous experience in a Finance or F&I role within the motor trade
- Strong understanding of automotive finance products and FCA compliance
- Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills
- Results-driven with a consultative, professional approach
- Competitive basic salary up to £27,000
- Realistic OTE of £45,000 - £60,000
- Supportive team environment with ongoing training and development
- Monday–Thursday: 9am–5pm or 11am–7pm
- Friday: 9am–5pm
- Weekend work on rotation (one Saturday per month 9am - 5pm and one Sunday per month 10am - 4pm with a weekday off in lieu)
- 29 days holiday (including bank holidays)
