- Starting salary up to £30,000 per annum plus performance-related bonus.
- 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
Reporting to the Bodyshop Manager and working as part of a friendly team, as a Customer Service Advisor, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Front of house working on reception and being responsible for initial contact to estimate, repair, handover and aftercare.
- Provide excellent customer service and manage the repair process from start to finish.
- Provide regular progress reports on repair work via telephone, email, and our management system.
- Answering the phone, preparing job cards/files, and liaising with all departments, customers and work providers to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
- Co-ordinate the allocation of courtesy cars and drivers.
- Updating our client's management system.
- Take payments and facilitate the handover process.
