Vehicle Warranty Administrator required in Oxford.
  • Starting salary between £28-32,000 per annum.
  • 8:00am-5:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Our client, a franchise approved commercial vehicle dealer group with multiple sites nationwide, are currently looking to hire a Vehicle Warranty Administrator for their busy Oxford dealership.

Reporting to the Group Warranty Manager and working as part of a team, as a Vehicle Warranty Administrator, your main duties will include:
  • Retail invoicing.
  • Warranty invoicing/claim processing.
  • General admin duties and general support to the service team with day-to-day tasks.
  • Resolving invoice queries with suppliers to ensure quotations are accurate and cost-effective.
  • Assist with sending out quotations for work on customer vehicles.
  • Follow up on any outstanding purchase orders to ensure supplier invoices associated work are approved.
  • General administrative support for the service team to include post distribution, monitoring stationery stock and arranging for supplies when necessary.
  • Point of contact for general enquiries with our customers in the admin office.
To be eligible, you will have a background in an administrative capacity with knowledge of the automotive industry and ideally previous vehicle warranty administration experience. Overall, you will have excellent organisational skills and be able to handle conflicting demands whilst being able to identify priorities in a highly demanding environment.

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong, cooperative relationships with customers & colleagues are also a must. Any experience working with the Kerridge/Keyloop dealer management system or with vehicle warranty systems would be beneficial, but isn't essential.
