We are recruiting for a Service Advisor to join a well-regarded main dealership in Bury St Edmunds, representing a highly respected and reputable automotive brand.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Acting as the first point of contact for customers in the service department

  • Booking vehicles in for service, MOT, and repairs

  • Providing accurate cost estimates and keeping customers informed throughout the process

  • Coordinating with the workshop team to ensure efficient turnaround

  • Delivering excellent customer service and building long-term relationships

What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the motor trade preferred

  • Strong communication and organisational skills

  • A customer-first attitude with attention to detail

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
