- Basic Salary: Circa £33,000
- OTE: £40,000 (potential to earn bonus of £560 a month)
- Working Hours : Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm
- 37.5 hours a week

The Branch Manager needs to lead by example, supporting staff development and maintaining high service standards. A key part of this Branch Sales Manager role involves upselling products and services to drive revenue growth.

- Responsible for daily operation/motivation of the 1 Sales/Service Advisor and the 1 Towbar/Service Technician
- Become familiar with all the products supplied (Trailers, Towbars and all parts)
- Generate/promote sales and business to keep the company growing and successful
- Control stock of Trailers, Towbars and parts within the agreed budget guidelines
- Ensure the Branch is kept clean, tidy and well presented
- Actively sell and promote products by personal contact, telephone calls and promotions.
- Previous experience managing a team in a fast-paced environment
- Confident in their ability to upsell products and generate sales
- Workshop management experience preferred
- Knowledge of Trailers/Towbars and parts preferred
- Confident on IT systems
- Full driving license
