  • Location: Livingston area
  • Basic Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 (depending on experience)
  • Uncapped Monthly Bonus: £500 – £1,500+ (based on growth & retention)
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm (flexibility required)

We are a fast-growing business in the automotive sector with an established customer base—and we're now looking to grow it further. We're on the hunt for a self-driven, adaptable, and sales-minded Field Sales Executive to take ownership of a defined region and help drive both growth and customer retention.

What We’re Looking For:
Proven knowledge of Tyres is a MUST with a knack for Sales and Customer Service.

This Field Sales Executive role isn’t for someone who needs a rigid structure or micro-management.

We need a confident self-starter with strong discipline and commercial awareness—someone who’s equally happy working alone as they are collaborating with the wider team. You’ll need to be entrepreneurial, think on your feet, and be comfortable adapting to changing priorities.

Your Day-to-Day as a Tyre Field Sales Executive:
  • Drive B2B sales through new customer acquisition and existing account growth
  • Build long-lasting customer relationships and generate ongoing revenue
  • Plan and execute your own schedule to maximise time on patch
  • Be prepared to travel—being “on patch” and ready to go by 8:30am is expected
  • Retain customers through excellent service and relationship management
  • Think outside the box—solve challenges and spot opportunities others miss
