Salary: Up to £30,000 basic + Strong Bonus Scheme

Hours: Mon–Fri 8:30am–6:00pm | 1 in 4 Saturdays 8:00am–12:30pm (paid at overtime)

The Role: As Service Team Leader, you'll oversee the day-to-day operation of the service reception, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient workshop scheduling. You’ll be the key link between customers and technicians, providing clear communication and a smooth customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the front-of-house service team
  • Deliver outstanding customer care and service deliver
  • Coordinate bookings and workshop load
  • Drive performance targets and support a productive aftersales operation
  • Support and develop team members
About You:
  • Experience in a dealership service advisor or team leader role
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Passion for delivering a first-class customer experience
  • Confident, positive attitude with leadership ability
