Our client, a franchise-approved car dealer group, is currently looking to recruit a Senior Service Advisor to join one of their dealerships in Swansea. 

Reporting to the Aftersales Manager, you will work alongside another 2 Service Advisors and a workshop team of 5 and shall be responsible for providing a proactive service to customers requesting to schedule their vehicles in for service, maintenance or repair work and arranging, where necessary, a courtesy vehicle. As a Senior Service Advisor, you will greet customers into the Service Department, extensively liaise with the workshop to monitor and chase work in progress, keep customers informed of the progress of their vehicle, and up-sell on additional products and services where possible.

Please note that current or recent experience as an automotive dealership or independent garage Service Advisor alongside a UK driving licence with minimal points is required at this stage.
