Vehicle Technician - Blackpool
  • Well renowned Family Run Independent Premium Specialist Garage in Blackpool
  • A basic salary of up to £42,000
  • No weekends, Family time matters! 
  • Gifted holiday between Christmas-New Years - Total of up to 32 days holiday including bank holidays
  • Last Friday of the month, staff meal at lunchtime. 
  • Fully stocked drinks' fridge. 
  • Current Manufacturer equipment used. 
  • Specialising in premium brands. 
Our client is looking for minimum of level 3 or equivalent and minimum of 5 years recent workshop experience, ideally with premium brands such as LR, Audi, MB or VW. 

Responsibilities of a Vehicle Technician:
  • Carrying out more complicated repairs such as Turbo's, Clutches and EGR Valves. 
  • Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of vehicles mainly premium brands. 
  • Carry out VHC and inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues using the latest manufacturer equipment. 
Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:
  • A minimum of an NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
  • A Full UK driving license
  • 5 years of previous workshop experience.
  • Experience of recording VHC and experience of using diagnostic equipment and a process of use. 
  • Experience of Timing belts and Clutch replacements.
