We are currently recruiting on behalf of an established motor trade client seeking an experienced Aftersales Manager to lead their service and parts operations.

This is a full-time, permanent role offering excellent earning potential, long-term development, and the chance to play a key leadership role within a busy dealership environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all service and parts operations to ensure department efficiency
  • Lead, motivate and support aftersales staff to achieve performance targets
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Monitor departmental performance and implement improvement strategies
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant processes and standards
  • Deliver monthly reports and KPIs to senior management
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Proven experience in an aftersales management or supervisory role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Confident communicator with excellent customer service abilities
  • Good understanding of service, parts and warranty processes
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Full UK driving licence required
