Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm (Some Saturdays may be required depending on workload)
We are currently recruiting for a Fast Fit Branch / Centre Manager on behalf of our client, a successful and well-established fast-fit automotive centre in Redditch.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations and overall performance of the automotive centre
- Lead, inspire, and motivate a team of skilled automotive technicians
- Create a high-performance, results-driven team culture
- Ensure the centre meets and exceeds operational KPIs and customer service standards
- Drive revenue and profitability through smart resource planning and operational efficiency
- Manage costs and margins effectively
- Set clear departmental goals and ensure they are met
- Maintain strong customer satisfaction and build lasting client relationships
- Oversee merchandising and stock management to ensure an organised and efficient workshop environment
- Proven experience managing technical teams in a fast-paced automotive or fast-fit environment
- Hands-on experience as a Vehicle Technician – essential for this role
- Strong leadership, motivational, and people-management skills
- Commercial awareness with a track record of driving profitability and managing KPIs
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple business functions effectively
