We are currently recruiting for a Parts Advisor to join a busy and well-run dealership in the Belfast area. This is a full-time, permanent role offering great stability, structured training, and the opportunity to work within a supportive aftersales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve retail and workshop customers in a prompt and professional manner
  • Support the daily parts operations including orders, stock control, and deliveries
  • Accurately identify and price parts using electronic systems
  • Handle warranty returns and adhere to manufacturer processes
  • Maintain a clean, organised and efficient parts store
  • Liaise closely with technicians and the workshop team to support productivity
Ideal Parts Advisor Profile:
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a franchised dealership parts department
  • Confident working both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and IT skills
  • Experience with electronic vehicle health checks preferred
  • Full UK driving licence required
  • MUST HAVE RIGHT TO WORK IN UK
