- Location: Liverpool
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (No weekends)
- Salary: Starting from £28,000 per annum + Yearly Bonus

Key Responsibilities of the Service Manager:
- Manage day-to-day customer interactions and job bookings
- Provide quotations and handle general service enquiries
- Maintain excellent customer relations and ensure satisfaction
- Oversee administrative tasks such as managing purchase and sales invoices
- Track payments and assist with internal finance processes
- Respond to email queries in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure smooth running of front-of-house operations
- Experience in a customer-facing role within the motor industry or service sector
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Comfortable managing invoices and tracking financial transactions
- Proficient with email and general office systems
- Ability to start work on short notice is highly desirable
