  • Basic Salary: £44,000 per Year
  • Bonus Scheme Available – OTE £50,000+

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) to join a busy and well-established Accident Repair Centre in the Glasgow area. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their estimating career with strong earning potential and long-term stability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately assess accident-damaged vehicles and create repair estimates using Audatex
  • Liaise with insurance companies for repair approvals
  • Identify correct repair methods and document accordingly
  • Communicate clearly with technicians, customers, and engineers throughout the process
  • Maintain records and ensure compliance with industry and safety standards
  • Work collaboratively with the workshop team to meet repair deadlines
Ideal Vehicle Damage Assessor Profile:
  • Previous experience as a VDA/Estimator in a bodyshop environment
  • ATA/IMI accreditation preferred
  • Confident using Audatex and other estimating systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of various insurer and manufacturer repair methods
  • Full UK driving licence required
