Join a successful and well-established main dealer as their Aftersales Manager, leading a high-performing team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. We're looking for a proven leader with a strong track record in Aftersales, someone who’s driven, commercially minded, and confident in delivering results through KPIs and performance management. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily service and parts operations across two sites in Nottingham and Derby
  • Identifying and seeking new business and retaining current business
  • Ensuring that customers vehicles are serviced, maintained and repaired in agreed time frames
  • Monitor KPIs and drive performance improvements.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Proven experience in an Aftersales Manager or senior service/parts role within the automotive industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Solid understanding of aftersales operations, KPIs, and warranty procedures.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with a results-driven mindset.
