SMART Repair Technician Needed in Blackpool
  • Location: Blackpool (covering other sites within group)
  • Working Hours: 5 days per week – Flexible hours available
  • Salary: Basic dependent on experience | OTE £30,000 - £45,000 + use of Company Van when mobile 
Our client, a successful and expanding motor group in the North West, is seeking an experienced SMART Repair Technician to join their high-performing team. Key Responsibilities of the SMART Repairer:
  • Carry out cosmetic repairs to used-car stock, including paintwork and alloy wheels
  • Repair scuffs, scratches, and chips to a high standard
  • Work across multiple dealership sites depending on business needs
  • Manage and maintain your own fully equipped van
  • Work both independently and as part of a team
  • Ensure all work meets the company’s quality standards
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience as a SMART Repair Technician or within a bodyshop environment
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent manual dexterity
  • A positive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to work unsupervised
  • Full UK driving licence (clean) essential
  • Flexibility to travel between sites as needed
What You’ll Get in Return:
  • OTE between £30,000 - £45,000 depending on experience
