Vehicle Prep Technician needed in Rugby:
  • Salary: £42,000 per annum
  • Hours: 47.5 per week | Weekdays 7am–5pm | Optional overtime 2/4 Saturdays (7am–12pm)
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Vehicle Technician to join our prep centre team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a high-performing automotive business with excellent earning potential and career progression opportunities.

Key Responsibilities as Vehicle Technician:
  • Carry out repairs and maintenance across a wide range of vehicle makes and models
  • Perform routine servicing, brakes, clutches, cambelts, tyres, and minor electrical work
  • Conduct diagnostics and technical inspections to ensure vehicles meet showroom standards
  • Work closely with the Workshop Controller and wider team to meet daily targets
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy, speed, and workmanship
What will be required for the Vehicle Technician Role:
  • NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
  • Qualified diagnostic technician (multi-brand experience desirable)
  • Experience in a fast-paced workshop environment
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
  • Good communication skills and a proactive, team-focused attitude
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Ability to deliver both quality and efficiency
