They are regularly at the top of the league tables for the internationally recognised brands they represent. - £30,000 Basic Salary
- Weekday Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am to 6:00pm.
- Every 3rd Saturday worked 8:00am to 1:00pm.

To be successful in the role of Telesales Car Parts Advisor:
- Proven track record working as a Parts Advisor within an automotive parts department and able to identify parts accurately.
- Able to use an Automotive Part Catalogue, ensuring the proper and accurate use of all systems,
- Able to handle incoming Calls and customer enquiries within KPI's, using the approved greeting.
- Maintain a professional and smart appearance at all times and conduct business with the highest level of integrity and professionalism.
- Assist, liaise with and support the team to ensure good working relationships and delivery of excellent customer service.
