- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7am–5pm (50 hours per week including paid breaks)
- Salary: £50,000 – £71,500 OTE
Key Responsibilities for a Bodyshop Manager:
- Open and prepare the workshop for daily operations by 7am
- Conduct daily team briefings to set tasks and review targets
- Oversee daily workflow and maintain high-quality repair standards
- Order parts in advance and manage stock levels (wet and dry)
- Ensure accurate updates and communication via internal systems
- Maintain quality control throughout the repair process
- Support and monitor staff performance and well-being
- Liaise closely with the Regional Manager on job progress and scheduling
- Proven experience in a similar Bodyshop management role
- Strong understanding of Vehicle Repair processes
- Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills
- Proficient in IT and Workshop management systems
- Confident, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
